Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program management, data and analytics, and executive communication, and a proven ability to deliver complex, multi-functional initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals through planning, control, and management.
• Partner with senior and executive leadership, corporate stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define best-in-class outcomes, assess current state, and establish a forward plan.
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and automation into programs and activities.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across functions and teams to enable simplification and digitalization for Global Functions.
• Communicate status, risks, and issue analyses to stakeholders and collaborate with Business Units and Global Function SMEs to recommend and implement tool, process, and practice changes that drive simplification, continuous improvement, and cost management.
• Review and evaluate program plans for alignment with program management standards and provide feedback to improve delivery quality and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Program management expertise with end-to-end project lifecycle ownership.
• Data and analytics proficiency to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and top-down verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and vendor partnerships.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in digital transformation and process simplification.
• Experience integrating automation and emerging technologies into enterprise programs.
