 Credence has an immediate need for an experienced Program Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFLCMC/XP-OZ at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH.

The Plans and Programs/Cyber and Analysis Programs Directorate (AFLCMC/XP-OZ), headquartered at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH is responsible for center resource management, strategic planning, transformation, change management, center information technology, and operations research and analysis. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

• Lead program planning and execution activities.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, risks, and program deliverables.
• Develop executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings.
• Support strategic initiatives and portfolio management activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple organizations.
• Monitor program performance and recommend process improvements.
• Support acquisition and operational planning efforts.

Requirements

• Clearance: Secret
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related field
• 10+ years of program management experience
• Experience supporting Air Force or defense acquisition organizations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
