Program Manufacturing Engineer

This position is for a Program Manufacturing Engineer supporting Air Dominance Operations, focusing on developing and enhancing manufacturing strategies for complex missile assemblies.

• Responsible for driving process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and integrating advanced automation technologies such as robotics and vision systems.
• Supports design for manufacturability, fabrication, assembly, validation, and deployment of electromechanical systems.
• Engages in capital planning, vendor management, and project execution across multiple sites, with approximately 10% travel involved.
• Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or STEM, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Preferred experience includes supporting shop floor manufacturing, knowledge of electro-mechanical processes, automation, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
