Description Amazon Prime is seeking a hands-on, AI-native Program Manager to systematically eliminate manual coordination processes by building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered automation tools. This is not a traditional program management role - you will spend the majority of your time building working AI agents and automation workflows, not writing status updates. Amazon Prime is a core pillar of Amazon's consumer businesses and aspires to be the world's most engaging, satisfying, and loved membership program, delivering profitable growth by improving the Amazon experience. The program serves over 250 million members across 26 locales, with plans for further expansion. This role sits within the WW Prime Benefits, Pricing & Constructs (BPC) team and will own three interconnected charter areas: (1) building and deploying AI-powered automation tools that systematically eliminate manual coordination workflows across BPC's identified coordination points, with an initial focus on those that are business-coordination problems solvable without engineering investment; (2) owning a rolling automation roadmap with quarterly releases, measuring adoption and hours saved for every tool shipped, and iterating based on user feedback to drive adoption; and (3) building the automation layer that makes BPC's strategic programs scalable, ensuring coordination happens through tools rather than manual effort. As an ideal candidate, you are a builder who thrives at the intersection of program management and AI-native execution, translating messy, manual coordination processes into working automation tools that deliver measurable time savings. You bring hands-on experience configuring AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and no-code/low-code platforms, with the judgment to know when a tool is "good enough to ship" and the discipline to measure whether it actually gets used. You are comfortable navigating a complex stakeholder landscape of 10+ benefit partner teams and driving adoption through relentless iteration and simplification. You think big about how automation can make coordination unnecessary rather than merely more efficient, enabling BPC to scale its impact without scaling headcount. Key job responsibilities - Build and maintain AI-powered automation tools that replace manual coordination workflows across BPC's benefit partners, using LLMs, Slack integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms. - Create automated intelligence systems that monitor cross-team communications, product launches, and roadmap changes across 10+ partner teams, delivering actionable digests to leadership without manual research. - Build and maintain self-updating knowledge systems (contact rosters, org graphs, metric definitions) that eliminate reliance on tribal knowledge and reduce time spent tracking down owners and resolving data inconsistencies. - Deploy program tracking and governance automation that nudges goal owners at cadence, flags overdue items, auto-generates progress reports, and detects definition drift across 300+ metrics before it reaches business reviews. - Own and publish a quarterly AI Automation Roadmap with adoption tracking, hours-saved measurement, and iteration plans for each tool shipped. - Drive adoption of each tool to target users through demos, onboarding, feedback iteration, and relentless simplification; measure and report impact including tools shipped, adoption rates, and coordination points automated Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Bachelor's degree - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - - Hands-on experience building automation workflows using AI tools (chatbots, LLM agents, workflow automation platforms, no-code builders, or equivalent) Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience working with diverse or differing data sets including creating and compiling data into a final distribution for management consumption - Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered automation (prompt engineering, RAG systems, or agent frameworks) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. About the Company

A

Amazon

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
