Role Overview:
The contractor will serve as the operational backbone for Leadership & Organizational Capability programs in the U.S., overseeing end-to-end program operations, delivery coordination, participant administration, materials management, vendor support, platform administration, and reporting. This role is accountable for maintaining delivery schedules, ensuring facilitator, room, resource, and participant readiness, managing logistics and communications, supporting enrollment and learning administration, coordinating program materials and vendor processes, administering external learning platforms, and producing operational reports and data insights. The individual will proactively manage risks, resolve scheduling and operational issues, and partner with program owners, facilitators, vendors, Facilities, and site teams to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality learner experience across both virtual and in-person leadership programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Required: Program/learning operations, project coordination, or comparable operational support experience; strong scheduling and organizational skills; experience coordinating facilitators, vendors, participants, and stakeholders; accurate reporting/documentation; strong written/verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities independently; proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI.
