    Job Description:

    Program Operations Specialist


    Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Analyst . Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.

    MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
    As a Program Analyst you will play a crucial role in execution of the program management office (PMO) of a critical development contract for the United State Government.
    Resource the contract with the people, hardware, software required to complete the mission
    Collaborate with Program Manager, senior leadership, subcontractors, and customers
    Ensure compliance with lab, security, and inventory compliance and policy


    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
    Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Analyst must have:
    Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
    Experience: 2+ years of related experience (4 additional years can be substituted for a BA/BS)
    Technical skills: Familiarity with MPO, DoW, etc. enterprise tools and policies, such as ARCHIBUS, MDATs, LCAT qualifications. Proficiency with MS Office products.
    Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required
    US citizenship required

    Working towards PMP preferred

    Role requirements:

    Demonstrated expertise in three or more of the following:

    • End to End procurement, inventory, and disposition lifecycle, and proficiency with customer processes, and systems

    • Project Management

    • Finance Oversight and Planning

    • Agile Schedule Planning and familiarity with Atlassian Suite tools

    • Contract Deliverables

    Desired skills/Willingness to Grow in the following:

    • People Management

    • Proposal Development/Estimation

    • Customer/Government ATO process for Information Systems

    The likely salary range for this position is $157,250 - $212,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
