Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicants relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Progressive work experience directly related to the duties to be performed as described in numbers 1 thru 6 below equivalent to the next lower grade level.
Experience working with regulatory, personnel, funding, and budgeting proponents. Knowledge of management analysis, personnel development, and APF and NAF funding and oversight relationship to CYS programs.
Four years of program administration experience in child and youth programs.
Experience in training adults and working effectively with command staff, professional staff and parents.
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize work, and analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognize solutions.
Comprehensive oral and communications skills and analytical writing skills. Ability to present ideas and proposals to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated ability using computers with standard office software such Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and e-mail.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Must be clearly listed on your resume to be considered highly preferred. Applicants that possess the highly preferred criteria may be sent first for consideration.
