Assess program health, implementation progress, and overall project execution. Establish and support program governance frameworks, controls, and oversight processes. Conduct independent reviews of project deliverables, milestones, and key program artifacts. Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and resource utilization. Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. Provide objective recommendations to executive leadership regarding program direction and performance. Develop and deliver executive-level status reports, dashboards, and presentations. Evaluate vendor, implementation partner, and project team performance. Ensure compliance with established governance, quality, and program management standards. Collaborate with state leadership, and implementation partners to support successful program outcomes.The Successful ApplicantRequired qualifications include experience leading or supporting independent verification and validation (IV&V) initiatives, strong background in program governance, oversight, and quality assurance, experience reviewing project deliverables, financial performance, and risk management activities, proven ability to provide executive reporting and strategic recommendations, experience working within large, complex technology transformation programs, strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, and ability to independently assess project performance and identify areas of concern.Preferred qualifications include experience overseeing large-scale ERP implementation programs, public sector, state government, or government consulting experience, background in enterprise transformation, PMO governance, or program assurance, experience evaluating system integrators, implementation partners, and vendor performance, and knowledge of project management, audit, compliance, and governance best practices.Ideal candidate background includes experience in ERP oversight & governance, independent verification & validation (IV&V), public sector / state government programs, large-scale ERP implementations, enterprise PMO leadership, and program assurance & risk management.What's on OfferCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $100 to $110 USD.
