The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics lifecycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling. Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.

Business Development & Commercial Expansion is responsible for cross functional collaboration that helps to deliver sales, profitability and inventory productivity goals by capitalizing on industry trends in designated categories. This role manages and optimizes analytics for new programs and associated relationships to drive financial results, increase market share, and exceed customer expectations.

Job Summary

Data analyst – Partner Programs & Commercial Insights leads the development of advanced analytics and dashboards, delivering actionable insights relative to marketing and expansion programs on market dynamics, DTC and B2B commercial performance, strategic positioning, and expansion opportunities. This role will play a pivotal role in transforming data into scalable products and insights that support business development, growth within core diabetes market, and expansion opportunities. This role will work cross-functionally and with internal and external partners to build scalable analytics solutions that support high-impact business decisions and generate commercial value.

_Responsibilities_

+ Design, automate, and maintain internal and external-facing KPI dashboards that deliver actionable insights to key external partners on DTC & B2B commercial performance, sales pipeline, and customer experience as relevant for individual programs and media spend.

+ Support Business Development & Commercial Expansion initiatives with analytics that measure financial impact and performance, including new product and category launches as well as business expansion opportunities.

+ Analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities for core product growth, comorbidity expansion, and adjacent product offerings.

+ Collaborate with internal and external data partners to synthesize market trends, AHS positioning, and growth opportunities using multiple data sources.

_Qualifications_

+ BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred.

+ 4-8 years of experience preferred.

+ Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.

+ Experience with healthcare reimbursement and diabetes market preferred.
