Technology/Domain
- Must have a CRM background (client uses MS Dynamics but any other CRM knowledge would work too).
- Understanding of CoPilot and/or some AI/GenAI offerings in CRM
- Understanding of a Capital Market client, specifically Self Directed (a.k.a Retail or Personal Investor) and Advised clients.
- Good understand of a multi-cloud (AWS and Azure) and data exchanges between them.
- Ability to lead the TCS team in Business Planning exercises where business and technology teams plan and prepare the roadmap for upcoming quarters.
- Ability to translate functional discussions into technology deliverables
