About This Role
This program coordinator is responsible, individually and in collaboration with the principal investigators of the grant, for the execution of event details which include logistical organization, communication to institute participants, supporting the pre-, mid- and post-requirements of data collection, arrangement of audio-visual needs of the presenters and serving as the point of contact for questions and additional communications.
This role will require the candidate to be available an average of 10-16 hours a week and must be available in-person for the faculty institute.

Worksite Description
This position is Hybrid eligible. Employees must have on-site availability for the 4 days of the in-person institute (August 10-13) but has the option of developing a remote work agreement for the other weeks during the contract. Remote work is granted at the discretion of the direct supervisor. Additional details about potential hybrid work in this role can be discussed during interviews.
All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
