Students apply scientific principles to "real world" concepts and challenges, while connecting educational and career goals. Lessons are led by trained employees who guide students through the experience and bring all materials and equipment necessary for a complete hands-on science experience.PROJECT INFORMATION & DELIVERABLES The Curiosity Labs program associate will be responsible for adding structure, strengthening data collection and automation processes and expansion of the program globally.Expansion of the Curiosity Labs program (lessons offered, number of employees/sites around the world engaged)Increase program reach to 100,000 students annuallyStrengthen evaluation and data collectionStreamlining internal and external processes through automationLimited marketing and public relations responsibilitiesLight administrative supportEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREDClassroom experience (science background a plus)Program development, implementation and evaluation experienceVolunteer managementData collection and analysisProject managementWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment with night and weekend requirements
