Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Program Management Professional (PgMP) consultant to lead and deliver complex, large-scale enterprise implementations. This role blends strategic program leadership with hands-on project execution, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise program delivery, managing multiple interdependent projects under a unified governance model
  • Act as both Program Manager and Project Manager, driving execution at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Establish and enforce program governance, including reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication frameworks
  • Partner with executive leadership to align program outcomes with business strategy and transformation goals
  • Oversee large-scale enterprise implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, digital transformation, cloud migrations)
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators
  • Drive dependency management, issue resolution, and critical path optimization across projects
  • Ensure adherence to budget, timeline, scope, and quality standards
  • Implement best practices in change management, resource planning, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and decision support
Qualifications
  • PgMP certification (required)
  • 10 15+ years of experience in program and project management
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise implementations
  • Strong experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar programs with global teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
