Program/Project Management Lead

Title: Project Management Lead
Location: Las Vegas, NV Hybrid
Duration: 4 Months of Contract

Must-have skills:
Project management

Develop Event Plans:
Proactively identify upcoming events, venues, and areas of impact within assigned location
Optimize event rider experience and minimize service disruptions/risks through development of detailed event plans
Update event plans post event based on outcomes as needed

Create & Support Ongoing Maintenance of Venues
Apply local market knowledge to ensure top pick up and drop offs are tailored to community needs, traffic patterns, and local nuances, especially at major venues (e.g., hotels, attractions, etc.)
Support urgent communication requests with community groups, venue operators, and other key local stakeholders to support venue changes.
Complete ongoing reviews & maintenance on top locations.

Provide Location Specific Support & Updates:
Monitor key service quality metrics and investigate/mitigate issues
Provide clear, concise updates, risks, and issues during Demand Operations cadences on progress and identify where help is needed.
Maintain existing regional reports and share location specific insights as they arise
