Program Project ManagementLead end-to-end program lifecycle for JDE initiatives including upgrades, integrations, module rollouts, and enhancements.Define program scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.Ensure delivery on-time, within scope and budget, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.Manage risk, change control, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.Techno-Functional LeadershipTranslate business requirements into technical solutions within the JD Edwards ERP system.Work with cross-functional business units (Finance, Procurement, etc.) to gather and validate requirements.Provide functional leadership and oversight in JDE to Oracle Fusion migration programsLead data cleaning and data migration for the ERP migration programProvide oversight on JDE configuration, development (e.g., UBE, Business Functions), and customization best practices.Review and approve functional designs, test scripts, and cutover plans.Stakeholder Vendor ManagementInterface with business leadership, SMEs, and IT executives to align program goals and priorities.Collaborate with external partners or system integrators, managing deliverables and SLAs.Communicate status reports, KPIs, and program dashboards to senior management.Continuous ImprovementPromote best practices and standardization in ERP implementation and operations.Identify automation opportunities, data governance issues, and process improvement areas.Stay current with JD Edwards roadmap and Oracle updates (e.g., Orchestrator, UX One, Release 2223 features).
