Akkodis is seeking a Program/Project Management Lead for a Contract job with a client in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in System Implementation (SDLC), Technical Program Management, and Supply Chain Management (SCM), along with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program/Project Management Lead Job Responsibilities Include:

• Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, prioritization, scheduling, dependency management, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.

• Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives, program priorities, and delivery commitments.

• Partner with engineering, product management, quality assurance, operations, business stakeholders, and client teams to drive successful implementation outcomes.

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-functional blockers while driving timely resolution and minimizing project impact.

• Lead triage activities, defect management processes, root cause analysis efforts, escalation management, and operational readiness planning to support successful solution delivery.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, working sessions, and cross-functional coordination activities to maintain program alignment and transparency.

• Support release planning, knowledge transfer activities, transition readiness, and operational handoffs to ensure smooth production deployment and adoption.

• Leverage AI and GenAI capabilities to improve reporting, analytics, documentation, root cause analysis, and overall program management efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Technical Program Management, or related leadership roles.

• Strong experience leading enterprise system implementations using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and governance frameworks.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing large-scale technical programs with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, systems, and enterprise operational environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing enterprise transformation, technology modernization, or large-scale implementation initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication experience within complex business environments.

• Familiarity with AI and Generative AI technologies and their application to program management, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Experience working within Google environments, platforms, tools, or technology ecosystems.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $70.00 per hour
