Description

Program/Project Manager
Location: Columbus, OH (Local candidates preferred)
Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE


Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering global, multi-site security or infrastructure rollouts across 10+ sites and multiple regions.
  • Strong program/project management skills with PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing stage-gate processes, RFPs, procurement, and vendor selection activities.
  • Strong vendor and integrator management skills, including contract support, SLA management, and multi-vendor coordination.
  • Experience managing CapEx/OpEx budgets, TCO analysis, SaaS subscriptions, hardware, and implementation costs.
  • Background supporting manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of plant operations, safety permitting, contractor safety programs, and plant turnaround activities.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across Security, IT, HR, EHS, plant leadership, and global teams.
  • Experience with risk management, change management, cutover planning, and minimizing operational disruption.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CFATS, ISO 27001, and audit requirements.
  • Experience leading cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones with travel flexibility.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience providing steering committee updates, KPI reporting, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
