    Description

    Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's or higher-level degree from an accredited college.Quality experience or related equivalent experience in a test or production environment.Experience with quality systems, manufacturing engineering processes, hardware engineering processes, policies, quality systems management, or related areas.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.U.S. citizenship required.Job Description Space is a critical domain, connecting our technologies, our security, and our humanity. And we're reimagining how space can connect us, ensuring security and prosperity.The Program Quality Engineer Sr. supports the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Quality Program in Kings Bay, GA, performing responsibilities that include:Responsibilities Verifying compliance with all FBM quality standards.Performing process assessments.Supporting facility organizations to implement Operator Verification programs.Providing oversight to verify compliance with the Program Plan.Performing data analysis and quality data reviews.Desired Skills Direct engagement with customers.Strong customer relationship management.Knowledge of SAP.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Manufacturing engineering/production operations experience.Familiarity with manufacturing or production documentation and failure reporting.Experience facilitating root cause and corrective action.Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).Active Secret Clearance.Experience in manufacturing and/or quality including inspection, testing, and certification of products.Familiarity with Procure‑to‑Pay, SAP, EPDM, PMPDB, and other Lockheed tools that house engineering requirements.Familiarity with reading Program Quality Requirements Checklists, Quality Codes, and QCode matrices.Strong communication and presentation skills.Degree in an engineering, business, or supply‑chain related discipline with at least 5 years of related quality engineering experience.Location and Work Type Onsite full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility in Kings Bay, GA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
