Program Sales Representative Equipment Finance
Territory: Southeast U.S.
ABOUT THE ROLE
A growing equipment finance platform is seeking a relationship-focused sales professional to support established vendor and OEM financing programs within the construction and infrastructure equipment market. This role combines business development, dealer relationship management, credit acumen, and transaction structuring.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing dealer networks, developing new business opportunities, training partners on financing solutions, and working with transactions ranging from streamlined program business to more complex middle-market opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage vendor, dealer, and customer relationships within an assigned territory.
Support equipment financing and leasing programs through business development, training, and account management.
Identify and originate new financing opportunities through dealers, referral partners, and direct relationships.
Prepare credit submissions and assist with structuring transactions.
Work closely with credit, operations, documentation, and portfolio teams to ensure efficient transaction execution.
Manage sales pipeline activity and maintain strong partner engagement.
Serve as a trusted financing resource for dealers and end-user customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in equipment finance, leasing, commercial finance, or vendor finance sales.
Strong understanding of credit, pricing, lease and loan structures, and risk assessment.
Experience working with dealer or OEM distribution channels.
Ability to analyze financial statements and support underwriting discussions.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to develop business and manage a territory independently.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $125, 000 $140, 000.
