The candidate will have the opportunity to grow and learn with brilliant engineers, physicists, and technicians on long-standing programs and new programs supporting our customers. The Program Scheduler (EVMS) will play a pivotal role in supporting our manufacturing and defense projects by developing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting on project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program planning and scheduling within a defense or manufacturing environment and be proficient in the principles of EVMS. This role requires a highly organized individual who can effectively work with project teams to drive timely project completion in accordance with program business rhythms and contractual obligations. Core Responsibilities: * In partnership with the program team, facilitate development of program plans that cover all required contractual scope * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in accordance with industry best practices and company procedures * For EVMS programs, help develop the WBS structure, define EVTs, advise on OBS/RAM/CA development IAW applicable MIL-STDs and company guidance and implement in a program IMS * Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to identify project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths * Provide regular updates and reports to project teams and senior management on project status, including potential risks and delays * Analyze project performance data to recommend corrective actions and ensure project objectives are met, to include (but not limited to) variance analysis, CPI/SPI/VAC drivers, and TCPI realism * Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling standards and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of project execution * Participate in project planning and review meetings to provide scheduling insights and expertise * Facilitate communication between project teams, suppliers, and customers regarding schedule adjustments and updates as needed * Drive schedule-related activities to ensure on-time, accurate, and high-quality data deliveries Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field1. Related program scheduling experience may be considered in lieu of required education * Minimum of 5 years of experience in program scheduling within the manufacturing or defense sectors * Strong understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and its application in project scheduling * Expertise in project management software such as Microsoft Project * Clear understanding of and ability to implement the DCMA 14-point Schedule Assessment,DECM, and similar schedule metrics * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities * Familiarity with defense or manufacturing industry standards and regulatory requirements (FAR, DFAR, DCMA, etc.) * Expertise in the management of different contract types (FFP, T&M, etc.) * Practical application of theories, principles, and practices of cost/schedule management, earned value management, forecasting, and risk management * US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance * May require light physical effort, involving standing, sitting and use of hands hile performing duties, carrying or lifting up to 30 pounds * Working environment i Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities Apply Here: https://www.click2apply.net/WAZ2LGS7qp4E8FGw5hpWrz PI270953770
