    Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is continually partnering with organizations across defense, energy, federal, and aerospace industries.We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler and Project Controls professional who is interested in an on-site position supporting complex, mission-critical programs.

    Experience We're Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
    • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools
    • Understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
    • Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
    • Familiarity with project controls, program controls, or planning functions
    • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles
    • Experience supporting engineering, technical, government, energy, defense, aerospace, or large-scale capital projects
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams

    Preferred Experience

    • ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS environments
    • Primavera P
    • Open Plan Professional
    • Acumen Fuse
    • Deltek Cobra
    • DOE, DoD, NNSA, Federal, or National Laboratory environments
    • Active or previous security clearance
    • Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
