Program Scheduler

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Program Scheduler in Melbourne, FL for a nine-month contract role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Program Scheduler will develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules to support program objectives. This role focuses on schedule integration, critical path analysis, network logic validation, Earned Value Management, schedule risk analysis, and reporting across engineering, manufacturing, materials, finance, and other program teams.

Required Skills

• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Microsoft Project experience.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System principles and reporting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience integrating schedules across engineering, manufacturing, materials, finance, and other functional groups.
• Experience tracking plans and schedules, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending corrective actions.
• Experience performing critical path analysis and network logic validation.
• Experience preparing weekly and monthly status reports for management.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Aerospace or defense industry experience.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment.
• Knowledge of DCMA 14-point schedule health metrics.
• Deep understanding of EVMS guidelines.
• Integrated Master Schedule development experience.
• Material cost management experience.
• Open Plan or Primavera P6 experience.
• Experience supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews or Joint Surveillance Reviews.
• Active, in-scope DoD Secret clearance.

• Create and maintain the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule to meet program objectives.
• Ensure schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated across functional teams.
• Conduct critical path analysis and network logic validation.
• Apply DCMA 14-point analysis, Earned Value Management, and Schedule Risk Analysis practices.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or Primavera P6 to monitor progress and identify schedule issues.
• Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path or network logic conflicts.
• Use Gantt charts, PERT charts, milestone charts, EVM, and related project management techniques to measure progress.
• Identify performance variances and support corrective actions.
• Support Integrated Baseline Reviews and Joint Surveillance Reviews.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule status reports for management.

• Onsite in Melbourne, FL.
• 5x8 schedule, Monday-Friday.
• 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
