8 hours per day

5 days per week

Required Experience:

  • Proficient technology skills including Google Docs
  • Strong budget aptitude and experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative assistance to the Directors of Curriculum and Instruction
  • Provides administrative assistance to the Executive Director of Learning and Teaching
  • Responsible for the budgeting and ordering of curriculum materials, and school musical supplies, and other numerous accounts
  • Provides administrative support for the QCOMP and Mentoring departments
  • Maintains credit card for numerous budgets
  • Other duties as assigned
