
About the Position
Lane County Youth Services is accepting applications for a Program Coordinator 1 to develop, coordinate, and evaluate Youth Services programs; serve as the primary Oregon Health Authority Assistor for the division; support community partnerships and division training, support fee-for-service and clinical billing for Oregon Health Authority and other revenue sources for the division.
This position supports division work and partnerships mandated by the Federal Consolidation Appropriations Act (FCAA) for reentry services for youth, division workflows for pretrial and adjudicated youth, compliance with program guidelines, standards, and training, coordinates fee-for-service billing through Oregon Health Authority, promotes positive public relations and public education for division programs, and monitors legislation impacting the division.
As a Program Services Coordinator 1 you will work collaboratively, perform specialized administrative work involving research, program development, implementation, and evaluation; provide OHA Assistor services to youth in detention, and support clinical revenue workflows and public relations. Your duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
The Program Services Coordinator 1 position works under the general supervision of the Clinical Programs Supervisor, who assigns work, establishes goals, and reviews results for effectiveness through the analysis of performance, reports, and conferences.
About the Division
The Youth Services Division operates 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, and has approximately 65 full-time staff, six program units, and is located in three different buildings on the John Serbu Youth Campus in Eugene, Oregon. Training:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, community and/or human services, business administration or a related field.
