Salary: Starting at $47500 / year - depending on experience/education
Job Summary:
Program design and implementation including performance standards, measurement, reporting, and quality. Provides for the development, implementation and monitoring of the program planning process for assigned caseload of individuals. Responsible for completing all related documentation as required by regulations. Serves in an advocacy role for assigned individuals; working to ensure their growth, safety, and development. Accepts responsibility as the primary contact person for all individuals on the caseload acting as a liaison between families/agencies and the programs. Produces a positive and individualized treatment plan. Has a thorough awareness and knowledge of facility policies/procedures as well as state and funding regulations and requirements. Works collaboratively with internal team members, families, and external Supports Coordinators and agencies.

Our Langhorne campus is home to 550 residents and provides outpatient and day programs.
