Position Summary
Big Bend Community College invites applications for a Program Specialist 2 in the colleges Admissions & Registration Department. This position manages admissions and enrollment processes for new and continuing students, including specialized programs such as Running Start, College in the High School, and international admissions. This role serves as a primary point of contact for students and external partners, ensuring accurate records, compliance with policies, and a seamless admissions and enrollment experience.
This position reports directly to the Director of Enrollment Services & Registrar and is part of our supportive Student Services team, which includes Financial Aid, Counseling, Advising, Disability Support Services, and others.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Per Governor Inslee's Proclamation 21-14.5, employees of higher education must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless a medical or religious exemption is approved. Being fully vaccinated means that an individual is at least two weeks past their final does of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine regimen. As a condition of employment, new hired employees will be asked to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination, or request and be approved for a medical or religious exemption before beginning their employment with the College.
