    About the PositionThis position is a member of the ITS Operations Support Team and provides administrative program coordination and general operations support for Information Technology Services. Reporting to the ITS Business Manager, the position serves as a resource for ITS staff and campus customers, coordinates established administrative workflows, maintains operational records, and helps ensure ITS services are processed consistently and on time.

    The position has a primary specialty assignment in the desktop software licensing program. In that area, the position coordinates day-to-day program activities including request intake, license records, access coordination, renewal tracking, vendor follow-up, software-specific documentation, and routine reporting. The position applies established procedures, resolves routine issues within delegated authority, and escalates technical, contractual, funding, security, or policy questions to the appropriate lead.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
    • Two years of experience coordinating administrative, operational, technology-support, customer-service, purchasing-support, licensing, or similar program processes.
    • Experience maintaining detailed records, tracking deadlines, and coordinating multiple active requests or workflows.
    • Experience using spreadsheets, databases, ticketing systems, vendor portals, purchasing systems, or similar tools to manage information.
    • Ability to interpret and apply established procedures, resolve routine issues independently, escalate non-routine matters appropriately, and communicate clearly with diverse customers and partners.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting desktop software licensing, IT purchasing, software asset management, subscription administration, or technology-related administrative operations.
    • Experience working in higher education or another large, complex organization; experience with Banner, Millennium FAST, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar systems.

    Salary $4,429 - $5,952/month depending on qualifications and experience
