The Program Specialist 3 - Credentials Lead takes a leadership role in the evaluation of transcripts and awarding of degrees, certificates, and other campus awards. As part of the Credentials team, this person has responsibility for:
As part of the Credentials team, the Program Specialist 3 is responsible for creating and maintaining a supportive, responsive atmosphere with students, the public, and campus colleagues. This position is responsible for communicating with students, staff, faculty, and the public in a sensitive and professional manner through written correspondence, email, phone, and face-to-face contacts.

This position acts as a SME for various committees and collaborates closely with Instruction to validate program requirements, make changes, and streamline communications.
The Program Specialist 3 - Credentials Lead is required to participate in campus, state, local, and national committees, councils, and workgroups, as assigned, and is expected to function as a Subject Matter Expert in representing the college and the unit. As a Subject Matter Expert, the person in this role will be responsible for ctcLink projects and tasks for this and related units.
This is a classified position reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Services.

## Physical Work Environment Work is typically performed in an office setting, and onsite/in-person. The ability to sit at a desk/computer station, bend, stoop, walk, and generally move around the office to consult with others, work within a busy environment, and remain focused on tasks. Inventory management requires some lifting and moving of objects up to 30lbs. Excellent communication skills are essential. This includes the ability to speak clearly and fully comprehend written and spoken English and will include communication with people for whom English is not their first language. This also includes the ability to produce clearly written documents. Those who are multilingual are strongly encouraged to apply.
## Work Schedule
## Compensation Salary range: $56,880.00 - $64,440.00 annually, with progressive increases to $76,608.00. Includes a full state benefits package, which includes:
