Program Specialist 3 - Foundation (Temporary)
Salary: $56,880 - $76,608
Classification: Classified Temporary
Reports to: Vice President of Development & Community Engagement
This is a temporary position expected to last six (6) to nine (9) months.
This position will remain open for a minimum of seven (7) days. The College reserves the right to close the recruitment at any time after the minimum posting period once a sufficient applicant pool has been established. All classified positions will start their salary at Step A.
The temporary Foundation Coordinator position exists to support the fund development and donor engagement efforts of Olympic College Foundation, the institutionally related philanthropic foundation dedicated to advancing student access, achievement and success at Olympic College. The Foundation Coordinator plays a key role in implementing fundraising strategies, coordinating donor communications, supporting events and campaigns, and maintaining accurate records. The Foundation Coordinator helps build a culture of philanthropy that aligns with OC's broader mission of transforming lives through education while responding to community needs.

This is a temporary full-time classified position scheduled to work 40 hours a week, with a salary range of $56,880 - $76,608 annually. All classified positions will start their salary at Step A, when you have completed six months of probation, you will receive a 5 percent pay increase.
A collective bargaining agreement exists, and this position is covered by the Washington Public Employees Association (WPEA) Union. This position is not initially eligible for benefits upon hire but could qualify if the employee works 480 hours in a rolling six-month period to become eligible for health benefits. If the position becomes eligible, they will qualify for the following benefits:
