The role involves transporting clients, developing training materials, and working with independent living coaches. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, a valid driver’s license, and Pace certification. Skills needed are decision-making, communication, interpersonal skills, and self-motivation. Physical demands include lifting over 40 pounds and operating vehicles.
