DESCRIPTION:
Nassau BOCES is seeking a Program Specialist I to support and expand SEED Academy, our Agency-wide professional learning initiative serving both instructional and non-instructional staff. The successful candidate will design, deliver, and support high-quality professional learning that strengthens technology use, staff productivity, instructional effectiveness, and organizational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, the ability to align training to staff roles and agency priorities, and a commitment to data-informed professional development with measurable outcomes. The Program Specialist I will also remain current on emerging technologies, instructional trends, adult learning practices, and policies related to data privacy and professional development.
