Program Specialist (Training Coordinator)

Duties

The duties include:

  • Analyzing data to determine training needs of Fid Hub employees.
  • Developing quality assurance processes for unique work conditions.
  • Performing quality reviews andcreating local operating procedures.
  • Providing management advisory services for training needs.
  • Utilizing technology in training programs.
  • Mentoring team members on technical aspects of the job.
  • Advising on technical training policies and research.

Promotion Potential:

The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level. The grade progression for this position is GS-11/12.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
