Program Supervisor | First Episode Of Psychosis

As our Program Supervisor you will be responsible for the coordination and management of the assigned Clinica Family Health & Wellness (CFHW) program(s), providing leadership to staff and serving as the primary point of communication.

Job Summary:

You will oversee the daily operations of the assigned program(s) serving as the primary point of communication, oversight and decision-making regarding program needs, requirements, and development. You will conduct the hiring, training and supervision of your team. You will be a working supervisor who may also provide direct service to clients.

Specialized Duties:

ASCENT team:

• You will provide supervision of CFHW ASCENT team (First Episode Psychosis program) which provides community-based services to clients 15-29 years old experiencing an onset of psychotic disorders at our Sherman facility.
• Work alongside Manager and Supervisor of Longmont Behavioral Health Home and ACT Team. This includes assuring facility site issues are addressed to appropriate CFHW department, coordination of coverage of client services, and other duties required to maintain Sherman site as a safe and welcoming environment.
• You will provide supervision of ASCENT clinicians, to promote adherence and fidelity to ASCENT model by conducting 3x weekly staffing, preparing planning notes and progress notes for the weekly staffing, and developing a specific plan and goals for the group to match the supervision model of ASCENT.
• You will promote quality improvement of the ASCENT model by supporting ASCENT staff with adherence and competence.
• Utilize specific supervision interventions, informal improvement plans and formalized improvement plans, such as quarterly reports to monitor fidelity and performance, and quality assurance through the BHA computer database.
• You will collaborate with other partner agencies to support sustainability of the ASCENT model.
• Provide clinical intervention to clients and support staff in crisis situations.
• Manage and carry a client caseload for supporting ASCENT program.

Supervisory Duties:

• You will demonstrate awareness, support, and appreciation for cultural and diversity issues.
• Work as part of a collaborative team of individuals to provide a high level of intensive services to clients.
• Lead regular staff meetings to promote teamwork, sustain an aligned and energized work force, promote communication, and provide team direction.
• May recommend and manage program budget ensuring for cost-effective utilization of CFHW resources.

What We Need:

• Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field + 1- or 2-year internship
• Three (3+) years' relevant experience including at least 1 years' relevant supervisory experience.
• Licensed PhD or PsyD, Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) required.
• Experience working with mentally ill population in outpatient and community-based settings.

Compensation: $63,757.82 - $$102,021.09, annualized The posted range represents the full salary range for this position. Starting pay is based on factors such as directly related experience, education, licensure and/or certification, and internal equity.
