Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Supervisor is an entry-level management position that is responsible for the management of the program's day-to-day operation. This position will supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate service needs, and collaborate with other service providers and agencies. The Program Supervisor may also provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed staff and may supervise student-interns.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience
Licensure, Registration, Certification
TIER I: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist. (No previous supervisory experience and not yet qualified to provide clinical supervision)
TIER II: 1 year of supervisory experience (Percentage increase of supervisory duties, reduction in HHC/clinician duties. Still not qualified to provide clinical supervision)
TIER III: 2 years of programmatic supervisory experience. Supervisor meets the criteria to provide clinical supervision, however, may not be actively doing so. (Has practiced psychotherapy for the last 2 years out of 5 OR has provided direct supervision to associates who have practiced psychotherapy for the last 2 years out of 5)
TIER IV : 2 years of programmatic supervisory experience. Supervisor meets the criteria to provide clinical supervision AND is actively doing so in addition to programmatic supervision duties.
