Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Join the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) as an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Supervisor and lead a dedicated team providing intensive, community-based behavioral health services to adults with serious mental illness. This leadership role is ideal for a compassionate and motivated professional committed to supporting recovery, independence, and successful community living.
Key responsibilities include conducting client outreach, completing psychological and needs assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating services and community resources, monitoring client progress, providing advocacy, counseling, crisis intervention, daily living support, and medication oversight. The ACT Supervisor also assists with program evaluation and development by monitoring program effectiveness and recommending service improvements and new initiatives.
H-NNCSB is committed to professional growth and development. This position requires registration for clinical supervision toward LPC or LCSW licensure, and clinical supervision will be provided by the agency.
