Program Supervisor III - REACH Intensive Residential Supervisor ($5,000 Sign on Bonus)

As the Supervisor III, you will provide for the overall administrative management and supervision of REACH Crisis Therapeutic Home and high behavior group homes. You will work closely with the REACH team to ensure quality services are provided. Also provides direct services as assigned. Starting Salary: $52,146.88-Depending on Experience

Education/Experience Required:

• Master's Degree in human services related field with at least one year of professional experience or Bachelor's Degree in human services related field with at least 5 years of professional experience or Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of professional experience is required.
• Registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as QMHP-E or QMHP-A
• Experience providing supervision, program management and services development is preferred.
• Licensure or licensure eligibility as a Professional Counselor or Clinical Social Worker is preferred.
