The Program Supervisor for our THRIVE FSP Program is responsible for overseeing a team of multi-disciplinary behavioral health counselors and case managers providing high quality and timely field response to requests for support from community members using a strengths-based and harm reduction approach. Services include de-escalation, resourcing, problem-solving, family support and transportation to other community locations.
Details: The Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday Day Shift. Transporting clients in your personal vehicle is part of daily activities in this position.
