The Program Support Assistant (OA) provides administrative and data management support to a clinical program.
Responsibilities include inputting and reviewing data, maintaining spreadsheets, and preparing reports for internal and external agencies.
Additional duties involve coordinating data collection, assisting clinical staff with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and supply management, and preparing various documents including letters, minutes, and proposals.
The role also includes maintaining files, preparing statistical information, supporting staff orientation, and handling travel requests and work orders.
The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and does not allow telework or virtual work.
It supports the efficient operation of the program through data management, administrative assistance, and coordination tasks.
