As a Program Support, you will be responsible for providing advanced program support to internal and external customers. You must live in Colorado, Idaho, or Iowa. Approximate salary for Colorado: $65,970 - $69,635 Essential Functions You will listen, analyze, research, and track member progress while employing excellent customer service. You will support the team by managing program activities, tracking deliverables, and contributing to the overall success of quality improvement efforts. You will assist with data tracking, maintaining program documentation, and supporting internal/external training efforts to ensure compliance with program goals and objectives.Requirements Four year degree in business, health care, IT and/or equivalent training and/or experience Must have exceptional phone etiquette and strong attention to detail. Requires the ability to research and analyze complex programs and interpret complex data into basic visualizations, utilizing Microsoft products and other computer applications. Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects or tasks. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with c-suite executives, clinicians, administrators, other health professionals, and internal staff. Experience assisting with data collection, extraction, collation, and compilation from multiple online sources. Preferred Skills/Experience: At least 3 years of experience in administrative or support roles. Experience working in primary care, hospital, and/or nursing homes is highly preferred. 2 + years in program support, preferably in a healthcare or quality improvement setting.
