Client: Sigma, Inc. supporting a Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) program
Summary:
Sigma, Inc. is seeking a Remote Administrative Support Specialist to support our client’s program operations in Boston, MA. This part-time contract opportunity is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys administrative coordination, maintaining organized records, and supporting teams in a remote environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to help keep program operations organized and running smoothly.
- Communicate professionally with healthcare providers, partners, and members of the public.
- Attend meetings, take accurate notes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, shared files, and documentation using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Format documents, presentations, and reports according to organizational standards.
- Draft routine correspondence and respond to general inbox inquiries.
- Support scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks as priorities change.
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Communicate policies and procedures clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Administrative support experience in an office, healthcare, government, or professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting healthcare, public health, government, or community programs.
- Experience managing trackers, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Experience working with remote teams and shared collaboration tools.
Work Arrangement:
- Fully Remote (within the United States)
- Part-time schedule (15–20 hours per week)
- Required availability during DPH core hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
