Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Program Support Specialist and provide support to the Personnel and Information Security organization, performing work related to Personnel Security policy and guidance from Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12, Department of Energy, Office of Personnel Management, and General Services Administration. This assignment will perform a variety of well-established tasks with confidentiality in support of the facility's implementation of the Personnel Security Program, including providing program support and customer service to Personnel Security staff, personnel and newly hired/selected federal and contract workers. 

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR with on site 2 days per week. The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.93) is $26.45 and $34.93 depending on qualifications. 

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Criminal Justice, Computer Science or a related field is highly preferred.  
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Criminal Justice, Project Management or a related field is preferred.  
With an Associate's degree in applicable fields: 4 - 6 years of directly related experience is required.  
With a Bachelor's degree in applicable fields: 2 - 4 years of directly related experience is required.
No degree: 6 - 8 years of directly related experience is required.
Experience includes a combination of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training and should be consistent with specific requirements of program/project support and progressively more technical in nature.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
General working experience with MS Project, Access, Windows Explorer, and File Manager 
Valid U.S. Driver's License or Real ID is required.
Preferred Skills:

Intermediate proficiency in SharePoint is highly desired sufficient to update, track and report.  
Intermediate level experience PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting
