The BEST Program Trainer(s) will participate in the comprehensive training plans to implement the replacement of the Commonwealth's current financial system. The new cloud-based financial solution includes Core Financials, Expenses, Grants Management, Project Management, and Project Billing. The goal of the training plan is to prepare users of the new financial solution, in over 150 Commonwealth agencies, to effectively use the solution and understand the business process changes required for successful adoption. Minimum Entrance Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 - 5 years of experience developing, delivering, and evaluating training materials and conducting training in a large-scale organization.
