Provide a short description of the Position: Workday Report Developer with expertise in BIRT, PRISM Analytics, and Workday reporting frameworks supporting HCM and Finance analytics and business insights.
Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across HCM and Finance modules. Leverage BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) to build pixel perfect reports, operational reports, and check designs. Utilize Workday PRISM Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, and advanced reporting Collaborate with HCM, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and composite reports within Workday. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues Support Workday releases by assessing impact and updating reports as needed Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end users
