Project Overview
The Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and other technical teams to design, build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. The developer will be responsible for hands-on development, integration, automation, data modeling, troubleshooting, and solution optimization. This role requires deep knowledge of Dataverse tables, security, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate flows, and enterprise integration patterns. The position is highly hands-on and focused on delivering robust, scalable business applications.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven)Â
- Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs and security roles Â
- Develop automated workflows using Power AutomateÂ
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources, including Azure servicesÂ
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environmentsÂ
- Work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutionsÂ
- Implement best practices around solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure-by-design developmentÂ
- Maintain documentation for configuration, data models, custom connectors, workflows, and operational supportÂ
- Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies.
Requirements
Education and Certifications:
- College degree or equivalent experienceÂ
- Must hold Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or 5+ years of equivalent experience Â
- PL-400 Power Platform DeveloperÂ
- PL-600 Power Platform Solution ArchitectÂ
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)Â

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Hands-on Power Apps Development (model-driven and canvas)Â
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architectureÂ
- Strong experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrationsÂ
- Experience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs, and Integrations with Azure Services Â
- Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and Deployment pipelines Â
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code extensibility patterns Â

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API ManagementÂ
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse FeaturesÂ
- Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI, etc.) Â
- Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrations Â
- Understanding of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure ADÂ
