Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
6+ years of hands-on experience with Natural programming and ADABAS databases
Experience working in the NaturalONE/Eclipse environment
Solid knowledge of payroll, accounting, or financial systems
Experience with production support and troubleshooting application issues
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with JCL, batch processing, and online processing
Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation
Understanding of software version control and development best practices
Exposure to integrating legacy systems with modern platforms
