Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Natural programming and ADABAS databases
- Experience working in the NaturalONE/Eclipse environment
- Solid knowledge of payroll, accounting, or financial systems
- Experience with production support and troubleshooting application issues
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with JCL, batch processing, and online processing
- Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation
- Understanding of software version control and development best practices
- Exposure to integrating legacy systems with modern platforms
