About the Role:
RPM Machining Incorporated is looking for skilled Programmers and Master Machinists to join our team in Compton, CA! Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex machining operations
  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and other precision machining equipment
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make real-time adjustments to programs and tooling
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, Master Machinist, or similar role
  • Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T specifications
  • Experience with multi-axis CNC machining is a plus
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment
