Position Overview

\n

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst to provide application development, integration, architecture, and technical support for enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, maintenance, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, resolve complex technical issues, and support application releases. The candidate will also provide technical leadership and contribute to the planning, analysis, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Design, develop, maintain, enhance, and support applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• \n
• Lead and participate in project activities including requirements gathering, planning, analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and production support.
• \n
• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms and technologies.
• \n
• Develop and support integrations, APIs, authentication mechanisms, and communication between enterprise systems.
• \n
• Provide advanced technical and application support for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies.
• \n
• Develop and implement solutions using Power Automate, Power Pages, and other Power Platform components.
• \n
• Support and maintain application infrastructure, network connectivity, integrations, and enterprise application environments.
• \n
• Define, communicate, and manage CI/CD, release management, and technical change management processes.
• \n
• Utilize Azure DevOps to support source control, automated deployments, work management, and release processes.
• \n
• Identify technical risks, issues, dependencies, and potential impacts and recommend appropriate solutions.
• \n
• Perform data analysis and contribute to data architecture and integration strategies.
• \n
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production support issues in a timely manner.
• \n
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, system specifications, support procedures, and implementation instructions.
• \n
• Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• \n
• Participate in technical discussions, project planning, status reporting, and presentations.
• \n
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development and project teams.
• \n
• Ensure application solutions meet business, technical, security, performance, and operational requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

\n

• \n
• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• \n
• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical architecture.
• \n
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power Pages.
• \n
• Strong experience with the Microsoft Azure platform.
• \n
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, including source control, pipelines, deployment, and release management.
• \n
• 3+ years of experience in Data Architecture, data integration, or enterprise data solutions.
• \n
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, network, application, or technical support.
• \n
• 5+ years of experience providing technical customer service, application support, or enterprise system support.
• \n
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise application support.
• \n
• Experience designing technical architecture solutions involving multiple platforms, integrations, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.
• \n
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and technical change management.
• \n
• Experience developing, consuming, and supporting APIs and system integrations.
• \n
• Experience with Azure Communication Services or related Azure communication technologies.
• \n
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• \n
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues while working in a fast-paced environment.
• \n
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to support critical production issues under pressure.
• \n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• \n
• Ability to prepare clear, detailed, and concise technical documentation and instructions.
• \n
• Ability to communicate technical terminology and complex concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Experience working on complex, high-priority, and time-sensitive technical assignments.
