Job Summary
- Responsible for design, development, commissioning, and support of PLC, HMI, and SCADA-based industrial automation systems in plant environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of control systems
- Design control system architecture, electrical panels, schematics, BOM, and related engineering documents
- Develop and modify PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs
- Integrate equipment systems and support plant operations
- Perform IQ/OQ, safety validation, and compliance documentation
- Review vendor documents and support project execution
- Ensure compliance with industrial standards (NEC, NFPA79, OSHA, S88, PackML)
Skills Required
- PLC/HMI: Rockwell Studio5000, RSLogix5000, FactoryTalk View, Wonderware
- Hardware: ControlLogix, CompactLogix, GuardLogix, PanelView, PowerFlex drives
- Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, P&IDs, and industrial automation systems
