A healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a progressive acute care environment. This opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals who are passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while managing complex medical conditions and supporting patient recovery.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions throughout hospitalization
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and recognize changes requiring prompt intervention
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery expectations
Promote patient safety and adherence to evidence-based nursing practices
Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care initiatives
Provide compassionate support to patients and families throughout the care journey
Care for patients requiring advanced monitoring and specialized medical management
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred or required based on role
Previous acute care, progressive care, or stepdown nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
