A Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) is needed in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) in Panama City, FL.

Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: $27.72 – $39.60 (15+ years depending on experience)
If you have CNA, LPN, Surg Tech, or Paramedic experience, it will count toward your RN experience

Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 paid over 2 years

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Collaborate with medical providers to provide preoperative and postoperative nursing care

Requirements
Current FL RN License or compact licensure (must obtain FL license within 90 days if using compact)
Current BLS certification
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ASN required; BSN preferred)
1 year of acute care PCU experience or 3 years of Med Surg experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Critical thinking and decisive judgment
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, and patient movement
